Near the house there is a tool shed and a greenhouse that is currently being used to dry coffee beans for making coffee. The sloped parts of the property are currently used as pastureland for cattle, but you could also plant fruit trees or other organic crops on this fertile land. There are some flat areas if you want to build another house as well.
