The soil on this property is very fertile and ideal for agriculture. You could plant fruit trees to create an orchard or plant other crops. Currently, about half of the land is planted with corn. There are also “tuna” cactus plants which produce prickly pear fruits. If you wanted to have animals, you could easily fence off portions of the land and make pastures for grazing.
