Welcome to the beautiful Yanacocha Hacienda! This expansive hacienda covers 106 hectares of land, it has a main house, a restaurant, trout ponds, springs, a stream, and native forests with wildlife! This stunning property has many, many uses and endless possibilities! 

 

Four year-round springs grace the land, along with a stream that descends directly from Podocarpus National Park. The water on this property is of some of the highest quality.  

 

The lower land is very usable with both flat and semi-flat areas. About 30 hectares of the mountainous parts of the land are full of native forests and vegetation. This habitat is home to a small type of native bear, endangered birds, wild deer, and many hummingbirds. 

 

Because this land is deep in the mountains, you can marvel at beautiful skies full of stars every night. 

 

This property even has a restaurant with the capacity to host at least 90 people, or 150 people if you include exterior patio dining areas! From the patio areas, guests can enjoy the beauty of all the surrounding mountains and nature. Imagine hosting weddings or other large events here!

 

Visitors can go on a 30-minute hike to a lovely viewpoint above the dining area. Here there is a firepit making this a great spot for smaller gatherings. There are also a few good camping spots among the pine trees around the house. 

 

Equipped with 9 trout ponds, you are set to continuing raising quality trout. Fresh trout is a big attraction for locals wanting a fun family outing with great food! 

 

The main house has two large living rooms, a kitchen, one bedroom, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a storage room. In addition to the main house, there are two caretaker homes. 

 

There is a stone building with a stable with stalls for the animals along with a corral outside. There is also a space for storing machinery under cover. 

 

This property is 10 minutes from Loja by car.
