Property Description

Nestled in Ecuador’s Amazonian mountains, just 15 minutes from the small town of Zumbi is this brilliantly lush and serene 51-hectare (126-acre) property with both forested land and flat land.

There are at least three flat to semi-flat pasture areas that can be used for a variety of projects – building homes, planting fruit trees or vegetables, or grazing animals. The remainder of the property consists of lush forested land dispersed on the mountainside. This provides plenty of diversity within the land.

Imagine creating a conscious eco-community and developing hiking trails that go through the property! You could even build a viewpoint pavilion at the uppermost part of the property where you can bask in the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Possibilities for this land are endless!

There is not yet an internal road, but one can easily be put in. There is electricity, but water still needs to be installed.

Zumbi is a small town in the Amazon, and is just 20 minutes from Zamora, a bigger city in Ecuador’s southern Amazon.
