Nestled in the rural countryside outside of Malacatos is this gorgeous estate with plenty of living space, beautiful gardens, a pool, and much more!

The main house is beautifully designed with vaulted wood ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light! The main living area provides an open-concept layout with the entry way, living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing together harmoniously. The kitchen features solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a new refrigerator. Just outside the house is a large covered patio area where you can hang in a hammock, relax, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains!

The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor and have large built-in closets. The third bedroom has the whole loft to itself. This third room can double as a study. Each of the bedrooms feature lovely vaulted ceilings just similar to the main area of the house.

Going down to the middle part of the property is the pool AND jacuzzi! Plus, this spot has spectacular views! Imagine lounging by the pool and simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Right next to the pool is a spacious pavilion with a pizza oven, stove, sink, cupboards, and plenty of counter space. Adjacent to the pavilion are two separate bedrooms where guests can stay when visiting. Having the guest rooms separate from the main house is nice as it gives both the host and the guest more privacy.

Next to the main house there is an older house that has two rooms and a bathroom. It is currently being used as extra storage space. However, you could turn these rooms into two additional bedrooms for the house.

Throughout the gardens, you will be greeted by beautiful tropical plants, like a HUGE African tulip tree that becomes covered with hundreds of red blossoms in June. There are even a few fruit trees that you can harvest from including Meyer lemons, mandarins, pomelos, kumquats, pomegranates, sour oranges, coffee, and coconuts!

This countryside estate does not have many neighbors, which provides a quiet atmosphere. At night there is barely any light pollution, so you will be able to star gaze to your heart’s content! But, don’t worry, you can still stay connected as this area has excellent fiber-optic internet!

The interior of the main house measures about 135 square meters (1,450 square feet) and the total size of the property is 2715 square meters (0.67 acre). The main house was built in 2006. At the entrance, there is an electric security gate for easy coming and going.
