Haven in the Mountains with Spring Water
Welcome to 5.5 hectares (13.6 acres) of land high in the mountains of San Pedro de Vilcabamba with some of the most EPIC views! This land is marvelous and extremely peaceful since the neighbors use their land for agriculture and grazing cows.
There is clean spring water piped in to the property for your use. Beyond the spring water, there is no electricity installed yet. However, this combination actually makes it possible to have a more off-grid homestead. There is cell service too.
From parts of the land you can see Vilcabamba and its Mandango mountain in the distance below – it’s not often that one is actually above Mandango, so these views are even more priceless! Not to mention the rest of the gorgeous views of the surrounding Andes mountains you get to enjoy! It truly is serene.
The property sits at about 2150 meters (7053 ft) in altitude.
This land is about 10 minutes from the center of the small town of San Pedro and then from there another 5 minutes to Vilcabamba. The road up to the property is a little rough and requires a vehicle with four-wheel drive.
