Huge Property with Endless Views & Water
Located high in the mountains above Malacatos is this wonderful property with astounding views, streams, waterfalls, and forests with wild animals!
The property consists of about 160 hectares (395 acres). Perhaps the greatest part of this property is its epic 360’ views from the top! Not only can you see the town of Malacatos below, but you can even see other towns beyond the mountains because it is that high up!
While most of the property is on the steeper side, the upper section of the property has quite a bit of flat and semi-flat land.
The air is pure because there is no contamination, as is the water, and it is immensely private! A stream comes through the property and upstream from the property you will find a small waterfall. There is also a spring originating on the land. Around the stream at the uppermost part of the property is a forest with big trees. In this area you can even spot wild animals. In fact, we even saw a deer while at this property!
Other parts of the land consist of pastureland where you can graze cattle or other animals. To optimize growing things like fruit trees, vegetables, and pasture, you could create a canal system drawing from the stream so your plants can be watered year-round (this area has a rainy season and a dry season).
This property would be ideal for an off-grid lifestyle, community, or for simply having your dream home on a large spread of land.
There is road access to the bottom part of the property, but you can put in a road to the top where the flatter land and the epic views are.
There is an adobe house currently on the property that you could renovate or use as a storage shed. Electricity has yet to be hooked up.
