Dispersed throughout the property there are many types of fruit trees and plants which include avocados, pomegranate, figs, grapes, oranges, limes, lemons, mandarins, golden berries,  papayas, pitahaya (dragon fruit), moras (wild blackberries), apples, peach,  granadillas (in the passionfruit family), passionfruit, guava , guayaba, and of course, bananas. To top it all off, there is an extensive coffee plantation. Plus, fragrant eucalyptus trees grace the land!

 

What would an extensive garden oasis be without some animals? Well, a chicken coop awaits you to start raising chickens or laying hens. 

 

There is a large workshop and two-car garage about 48 m2 large where you can store your vehicles and work on projects. The entire property is fenced. There is high speed internet service and cell phone signal. 

 

The property is out in the country about a 15-minute drive to town, so it is very quiet and tranquil atmosphere. There are also hiking trails around the neighborhood that you can explore.
