Property Description

Currently the land is used as pasture, but its potential is broad: it can be dedicated to livestock, agricultural projects, Airbnb-type investment, or sustainable tourism development. It is a very quiet area, with no neighbors living in the upper part, ideal for those seeking privacy and distance from towns. Local transportation is affordable: a taxi from the area known as “la llave/la manguera” to the upper part costs around $4. The property also has about eight eucalyptus trees suitable for construction, while the rest of the land is clean and ready for large or small-scale planting.
The farm borders the Podocarpus National Park, ensuring pure air, quality water, and a privileged natural environment. Thanks to its climate—slightly cooler than Malacatos and with more constant year-round rainfall—it provides an ideal setting for both warm and cool weather crops.
